Welcome to our new adventure! 

We are Ryan and Nicole Olson, we have 6 daughters and a small farm 8 miles south of Ashland, Wisconsin.

As a family, we have always loved being able to butcher our own meat and keep food processing close to home in the Northwoods. We strive to be community oriented, supporting small business. 

We believe that providing a local space to process food has many benefits, including environmental sustainability and taste! 

We think food is a catalyst to deeper relationship in community and in individual families.
